Counter
What can I find in the "Counter" section?
In your MyGov.be app, a number of administrative procedures and formalities are at your fingertips and can be performed at any time.
You can currently request or consult the following certificates and licences at the counter:
- COVID vaccination certificates
- Details of your driving licence
- Details of your vehicle registration certificate(s) (temporarily unavailable)
- Details of your identity card
- isi+ card
- Extract of your birth and marriage certificate
The result is a document that you will find under your documents in the MyGov.be app.
How does the counter work?
Thanks to your counter, you can request certificates, information and licences. All requests follow the same procedure:
- Open the counter and click on whatever you wish to request.
- Confirm your request.
- The app will automatically contact the appropriate department.
- The app will inform you if additional information is required to process your request. So keep an eye on your counter. You will find the request for further information in the counter overview and in the status update for the request in question.
- Fill in the missing information:
- The counter will inform you when the result is available and will automatically add the document to your documents in the MyGov.be app.
My request was closed without result
As soon as you submit a request, the counter contacts the relevant department to obtain the correct information. If this information is not available, for example if you are requesting a registration certificate but do not have a car, or if the government service is temporarily unavailable, your request cannot be processed and will be closed.
Below is an overview of the conditions for requesting documents digitally via MyGov.be.
