You are free to delete MyGov.be from your device. Please note, however, that your MyGov.be profile and My eBox authorisations will remain active at this time. We recommend that you first carefully deactivate your app and then delete it from your phone.
You can deactivate the app as follows:
- Open MyGov.be
- Go to your Profile.
- Select "Connection and profile".
- Click on the "Delete my profile" option. Your profile will then be deleted and your app deactivated. You will no longer be able to log onto the app.
- Delete the app from your phone.
It is possible to reactivate the app, but the information and documents contained in the deleted profile will no longer be available. Deactivation of the app is therefore permanent and cannot be undone.
